Here it is, a biscotti recipe everyone can enjoy! Whereas classic Italian biscotti are quite hard, these are light and crunchy. This recipe starts like all biscotti recipes: A simple cookie dough is baked as a log, then sliced into batons and baked again until every piece is crisp. Biscotti do take a bit longer start-to-finish than normal drop cookies, but if your kitchen skills include shaping a meatloaf and slicing a loaf of bread, you've got the skills to make delicious, gorgeous biscotti. Plus, biscotti keep well for weeks, making any initial time investment well worth it.
