Description
In my opinion, good poke has a little bit of everything in every bite. The goal is to have the ingredients cut to roughly the same sizes so that you get it all in one glorious spoonful. Remove ingredients or add ones that you love to make it your own. I usually use all of the Cali Dreamin' sauce with this recipe, but you can go light if you don't want a heavy amount of sauce.
