Description
A traditional Aperol Spritz is made with prosecco and club soda, but in this version, I eliminated the soda and opted for Champagne over prosecco. I like brut Champagne in this drink because it's dry, which means the cocktail won't be overly sweet. I serve this in large Burgundy or Bordeaux glasses because the presentation is spectacular and particularly festive.
