"Cardamom is a beautiful spice that comes alive in the presence of creamy milk and sweet rice. Sweeten to taste at the end (I add just a couple of tablespoons of sugar to let the cardamom shine), and be careful not to step away from the pot for the last 10 minutes of cooking time—you'll need to stir frequently to prevent burning!"
