We're firm believers in keeping a frozen pantry in addition to your pantry of dried goods. Just like no dried goods pantry is complete without a few cans of beans, no frozen pantry is complete without a variety of frozen vegetables. Keeping frozen veggies on hand is a big help when you're low on groceries, especially in the winter when many fresh vegetables are expensive or out of season.
