Description
Filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with shattered sugar, these no-knead brioche buns have the flavors and textures of classic crème brûlée but in an adorable handheld form (no torch required). Serve these crème brûlée buns as a festive party dessert. They're as impressive as croquembouche (crack the caramel as your guests ooh and ahh), but they're easier to assemble piecemeal over a couple of days.
