Description

This Easy Bûche de Noël is a streamlined version of the classic: It still involves making a light vanilla sponge cake and chocolate ganache, but the ganache doubles as the filling and frosting, and the decor is intentionally kept simple. We love this reverse twist on the familiar yule log (which typically pairs chocolate sponge cake with a cream filling).
