Description

Sorrel is a tart leafy green with lemon and green apple back notes, and pairs beautifully with the steamed clams in this recipe. There are several varieties of sorrel, but green sorrel is best used here, as opposed to the variety with the red veins, which might turn the color of the broth a little muddy.
