Description
Spumoni is a classic Italian flavor combination, originally starring pistachio, cherry and chocolate. Today, spumoni is synonymous with any layered ice cream, so the options are limitless - but we're paying homage to the classic with this cake. It stars a simple brownie crust at the bottom, and three distinct layers. We took one tub of ice cream and separated it into 3 flavors using some of our very favorite mix-ins on Giadzy: Amarena cherries, pistachio spread, and chocolate hazelnut spread!
