Description
Instructions Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add 1/2 of the beef; cook until browned on all sides. Repeat with remaining beef, adding additional oil, as needed. Return beef to skillet. Stir in Beef Stew Seasoning Mix, water and beer. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat
