Description
This loaf, like many European loaves, includes some whole grain flour for texture and flavor. But don't worry, King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour ensures that those whole grains won't affect the bread's lovely high rise. For a lighter-colored loaf, cut the Golden Wheat Flour down to just a couple of tablespoons (or eliminate it entirely) while increasing the bread flour to 3 cups (360g).
