Nestled in a foil packet on the cool side of the grill, these BBQ sweet potatoes cook low and slow, developing smoky richness while leaving the hot side free for other fare. Gussy them up with a garnish of cilantro and queso fresco or crushed corn chips and sour cream.Note: If you're using a charcoal grill, bank the coals on one side of the grill and place the packet of vegetables on the other.
