These flaky apple hand pies have lots of buttery layers, thanks to a shortcut version of puff pastry. It's complemented by the rich, mellow flavor of boiled cider in the filling. Top them off with a chai-spiced glaze for a fragrant finishing touch, sparkling sugar for a bit of glitter, or, to really gild the lily, both!
