This peach crostata recipe is great for summer when you have a lot of gorgeous fruit and need a fast and easy way to use it. Make the crust in minutes in a food processor, then layer in sliced peaches seasoned with vanilla and cinnamon. Coarse turbinado sugar adds a bit of crunch.
