Description

Sausages, or hot dogs, and sauerkraut is a grilling classic. For this version we add shredded tart green apple to prepared sauerkraut to make a punchy apple slaw. Doubling down on the apple theme, we mound the sauerkraut on top of grilled chicken apple sausages, which we stuff into toasted rolls spread with spicy brown mustard.
