Description
I go for a lychee martini when I want something crispy and refreshing, fruity, but not too sweet. The lychee fruit actually has acidic floral notes that really come through in this cocktail. The tropical fruit's subtle sweetness comes through in two ways: through the lychee syrup and in the fruit garnish in the glass.
