Description
This decked-out layer cake is sure to be the centerpiece of any Easter or spring celebration. Inspired by the beautiful robins' eggs that appear at the beginning of spring, the cake is coated with a lovely light blue buttercream spattered with chocolate flecks. A nest of toasted coconut filled with chocolate eggs on top completes the photo-worthy look.
