Description
Reminiscent of the cocktail after which it's named, this cake combines the flavors of ginger beer, dark rum, and lime in one decadent dessert. Note: we've made a slight adjustment (as of 3/27/17) to the frosting method to ensure the meringue powder is properly hydrated.
