These tender coffee cake muffins are topped with a buttery oat and pecan streusel, but the real surprise is hidden inside: a rich, gooey cinnamon center that's reminiscent of the best part of a cinnamon roll — the middle. Vietnamese Cinnamon brings robust flavor and aroma to the sweet, buttery filling.
