Traditionally a chocolate cupcake with a creamy filling, glazed with chocolate ganache and piped with characteristic swirls on top, this version utilizes both gingerbread spice and Gingerbread Hot Chocolate throughout. Steer clear of blackstrap molasses which has an intensity to it that can easily overwhelm the other flavors. If you don't have pastry bags, large gallon-size freezer storage bags work just fine.
