But that's not all: In these peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, a generous amount of malted milk powder adds subtle toastiness. For an extra boost of malt, the balls of dough are rolled in a mixture of sugar and more malted milk powder before they're baked, resulting in a crisp shell that covers the surface of each large cookie.
