Makes 1 loaf.This soda bread recipe includes caraway, much loved by Irish-American bakers. Caraway is a member of the carrot family (as are parsley and dill) with a flavor that combines herbal, licorice and citrus notes. It's been used in cooking and medicine for at least 5,000 years!If you're not a fan of caraway, omit it and try adding a pinch of fennel pollen or substituting wild black fennel seed for the caraway.
